Other things to note

Important: In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021, all accommodations in Spain must register each guest and send the information to the authorities. Therefore, before accessing the property, a form with visitor details must be completed.



Security deposit:

A security deposit is required and will be charged before the start of the stay. This amount will be automatically and fully refunded within 24 to 72 hours after check-out, provided that no damage or issues have been detected in the property.
