The apartment has three cozy bedrooms designed for a restful sleep. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, the second bedroom offers two single beds, perfect for friends or family, and the third also has a double bed. Additionally, you will have access to the complex’s communal areas, such as the pool and recreational zones, always respecting the community rules to ensure a harmonious stay for all guests.



Other important details

Important: In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021, all accommodations in Spain are required to register each guest and send the information to the authorities. Therefore, before accessing the property, it will be necessary to complete a form with the visitors’ details.



A security deposit is required and will be charged before the start of the stay. This amount will be automatically and fully refunded within 24 to 48 hours after departure, provided that no damage or issues are detected in the property.
