”We got delayed crossing into the US from Canada. We didn’t arrive to the hotel until almost 3:30 in the morning. The night time attendant was kind and courteous and helped us get checked in quickly so we could get to bed after traveling all day. The rooms are a little outdated but as clean as can be expected. The shower was nice and hot and the bed was very comfortable. If we ever pass through here again we will definitely spend the night at this hotel!”

The hot tub was great, excellent breakfast as well.
Staff was very accommodating, anything we needed we got right away.
Highly recommend this property will most certainly stay there on our next visit to Syracuse.

Very close to the mall and surrounding restaurants making it the perfect spot to stay. Loved the GF options for food as someone with celiac disease many hotels I have stayed at do not offer GF so that was a huge plus! We will be staying here again and its pet friendly !!! One of my hotel favorites for me and my daughter. !!”
