We rent our house located in the heart of Perche in the pretty town of Moulins la Marche near the village of Mortagne au Perche.
1 hour 40 minutes from Paris by car 1 hour 30 minutes by train.
3 bedrooms sleeps 5.
-Large garden which is located 2 minutes walk from the house with deckchairs and dining table, barbecue, pétanque.
-3 double bedrooms with a 160 cm bed and the other 2 140 cm beds, 2 bathrooms.
-Board games and children's books available
-Dishwasher, washing machine, TV and free wifi.
-Shops at the bottom of the house: bakeries, grocery store, pharmacy, butcher and market on Saturday mornings on the square.
Pizza truck on Friday evening on the square.
-Aigle station 17km or Sainte-gauburge-sainte-colombe station 8km.
Tourist sites: La Trappe Abbey, Thuboeuf Castle, Courboyer Manor, Bohin Manufacture, Museum of the Countess of Ségur, Mortagne-au-perche, Bellême (antique dealers), La Chapelle-Montligeon, Château de la ferté Frenesl, Château de Fontenil, Haras du Pin.
Sports activities in the surrounding area:
-Forest hikes or mountain bike circuit (La Trappe forest/Bresolettes clearing- Bonsmoulins forest- St Evroult forest)
-Equestrian center: the Bonnefoi riders, Haras de la Chéchinièe, Haras des Bruyères, the AM stables, Hippodrome Jean Gabin
-Tennis at the Eagle
-Golf: Center Parc in Verneuil sur Avre or Golf de Bellême.
Linen is not provided but you can rent sheets and towels for 15 euros per person.
