Lake Winnipesaukee for 12 with Great SW Views

  • Immaculate waterfront home on Winnipesaukee with 99 feet of lake frontage and 40 foot private dock, accommodating up to a 24 foot boat (the owner will keep their boat on one side of the dock). Home sleeps 12 and offers sought-after SW exposure. Generous air-conditioned open floor plan with cathedral ceilings leads to oversized deck with gas grill. Just feet from the lake, this property is perfect for entertaining large groups! Gorgeous views of the lake, Red Hill and mountains. Lovely yard with small sand beach and outdoor propane fire pit. Property has ample parking. Comfortable, recently renovated home boasts a new second floor with 3 new bedrooms and a new bath. Hardwood floors, kitchen with granite and stainless appliances, water purification system and renovated baths. Home offers WiFi and two televisions with streaming capability and some access to channels. Lower level has an additional sleeping alcove, office and 3/4 bath plus a family room with its own entrance. An oversized and private outdoor shower. Washer and Dryer included. Fantastic choice for 2 groups with separate entrances! For recreation enjoy 2 canoes and a kayak plus a corn hole game. There is also a swim platform. The newly refurbished State’s Landing Park is a 5 minute walk with a large sandy beach and a new boat launch. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Fireplace in house is off limits and can not be used.
    AC Units: The 3 bedrooms upstairs each have a Minisplit. There is one large Minisplit for the family room/dining area/kitchen. There are no AC’s in the 2 main floor bedrooms, but there are transfer fans that move air from the family room to the bedrooms. There is one window unit in the lower level.
    Parking for up to 4 cars.
    Parking for one boat trailer at the "turnout" in the driveway
    160 pound weight limit on bunk beds.
    LINENS: Please note: Sheets and towels are not included with this rental. If you would like to rent sheets and/or bath towel packages from At The Lake Vacation Rentals, the cost of sheets (including arrival bed making) for this home is $275. Towel packages are $12 per person and include 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth. Please let us know at time of booking if you would like to rent sheets and bath towels as availability is limited.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th year staying at this property. It never disappoints other than a little rainy weather! My family loves the layout of the house and the ability to dock our boat.Planning on returning next year. It is always clean and stocked with supplies even though we bring our own. The only suggestion I have is more trash bins. Cooking for 12 people trash adds up and we always leave bringing some home to dispose but no big deal. We did see a bear trying to rip about the recycle bin and that was exciting for the kids! See you next year.

This property was perfect!! If you want to have your jaw drop from the moment you walk in the door, reserve this house! It was stunning! It is in a quiet part of the lake, but easy to get places. The house had plenty of room for 12 adults and we all had our privacy and quiet when needed. The common areas were spacious and felt like home. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and easy to use. Our family had an incredible week sunning, floating, swimming, paddling, cooking, boating, hiking, and more. It really is the quintessential lake house. We hope to return and enjoy those amazing sunsets!!!!

It is situated on a very quiet part of the lake and we enjoyed lots of wildlife sightings (bald eagle, several turtles, a river otter and countless loons). The house itself is very comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen and BBQ, a comfortable deck, wonderful showers, especially the outdoor shower, and plenty of room. The only improvement that could be made is some of the mattresses could use mattress toppers, but none of the beds were terrible by any means. Our family members took turns trying out the beds and everyone was able to find a bed they could sleep on. Book this place - you won't be sorry. We plan on returning next year!

Another Great Week on The Lake

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the third year renting this home on the lake. My family of 4 and my sister's family of 4 had an amazing week. The weather was beautiful, spending so much time floating and swimming. There were a few issues with the outside shower and the microwave but nothing to derail the vacation. Dealing with Sue from "At the Lake Vacation" makes our week less stressful. We are looking forward to continuing to rent and can't wait to see the additions that are being worked on for the home.

TV confusing couldnt get regular programming live..shower too small..stove fan had dead mosquitoes hanging from it otherwise very clean..loved the dock and property thats why we came back this year..thank you

Reviewer Comments: The home is located on a very quiet area of the lake, The central air was not working during our stay but the sleeping areas had window units working. The main living area would get pretty warm in the afternoon but with lower temperatures during our stay it was ok. The stairs inside, down to the basement are a bit difficult to maneuver, but the outdoor entrance offers an alternative route. The house does not have a bath tub, just stand up showers. GPS directions bring you to the neighbors house that is on a different street. Perfect Location for watching the sunset. the home is very accommodating for young children, with gates set up at all the stair areas.
