”The home was in a great location, with plenty of family friendly board games to keep kids engaged during breaks in the day. We loved being walking distance from downtown and multiple playgrounds. The porch and patio were perfect for the minutes between putting kids to bed and them actually going to sleep. It truly felt like home.”

The bathroom is amazing with a really cool shower and I honestly think this is the comfiest couch I’ve had at a rental house! Super safe neighborhood and about a mile walk to get downtown! ”This is one of the best experiences we have had. Wife and I went for a weekend and were truly amazed by the property. It began with the host meeting us at the property and making sure we were pleased with everything. The property was completely remodeled and very clean. The hosts thought of everything you may need from the Q-tips to the band aids. Side garden was very private with a soothing fountain to aid in the experience. There is no doubt we will stay again.”

”We were in Tifton for a while and this home was an absolute gem to stay in! The host is very responsive, and takes pride in maintaining their property, stopping by once a week to take care of the pool and yard, even when it was freezing out. We would love to stay again if we're in the area!”

”The Cozy Cottage was absolutely beautiful in so many ways! When we walked in the front door we felt at home. The open curtains in each room allowed the sunshine to come in and display the character of the rooms. Each room is decorated in such a way that you can tell the owner put a lot of love and caring into getting it ready for visitors to have wonderful memories of their stay. We enjoyed the living room for watching TV, reading magazines, playing games and working on projects. We slept great...

”For a couple of years now we have been staying here. When we turn the lock it is just like entering home. We love to sit in the chairs out front and listen to the crickets . In the mornings we enjoy watching the birds. We love the country setting but yet close enough to everything. We are very thankful that the owners open the barn for people to enjoy!”
