”I knew I booked the wrong hotel when there was bulletproof glass at the check-in desk. Rooms were filthy and the whole area felt unsafe.”

”Had a double queen room booked. Couldn’t check in before we had to head to a music festival at merriweather, but was assured our room would be available after the show. Checked in at midnight and was assigned a king bed with a fold out couch. Not what was reserved but made it work.”

”was very disappointed with this hotel. The appearance of the property was not good at all, and it looked nothing like the photos or description shown when I made the reservation. The pictures made it seem much cleaner, nicer, and more updated, but the reality was completely different. I feel the listing was misleading, because what I saw online did not match the actual condition of the hotel in any way. I would not have booked this place if the photos and description had been accurate.”

”Room was clean. The bathtub appeared to be newer, but there wasn't a rubber mat, nor anything stuck to the bottom of the tub to keep people from slipping, sliding and falling. I fell once while trying to bend over to get the soap for washing and then again while I was hanging onto the handicap bar and trying to turn around to get rinsed off. We put a towel on the tub floor to keep from slipping. I informed the front desk when I checked out.”

”This hotel was dirty. The breakfast was cereal, coffee, juice, and a piece of bread. We will never go back. We have stayed at this hotel before and it was never in this bad of shape.”

”Even amid a new cloud based reservation system— launched at 9 am the day of our arrival—- the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our early check in after an overnight long-haul flight. Great breakfast (individual frittatas, sausage, waffle maker, cereals, oatmeal, great coffee, etc). Would absolutely stay here again!”
