”When we arrived we were told that the room was ready. However, we get to the room and the maintenance man was Inside with the door open, the floor was wet and it reeked a mildew smell. Tried to air it out but the air wasn’t helping. Went to open the balcony room door and it had what appeared to be some type of red sauce on and near the handle so it wasn’t cleaned of the prior people’s germs. The floor was cracked and the ceiling had spider webs. Then, the main entrance had a flood”

”Amazing!!! We are definitely coming back. The resort lost power a few times but that’s expected in the Caribbean. Because of it, they offered us assistance, cold towels, drinks to ease us. Staff is so nice!!! Special shoutout to Morris and Peter at the Aqua Snac Bar and a waitress Ashley who not only brought us drinks at our swim out but also food from the Reef. Stellar staff and support. Great for the kids. Lots of breathing room and omg the food!!!!!! Love it! ”

So gibt es einen Küchenchef und einen Poolverantwortlicgen usw. Das Frühstück war nicht wie ind der Hotelbeschreibung. Es gab nur Eier und Toast. Nach Beschwerden wurde dann nach 3 Tagen etwas Bacon serviert aber Obst war weiterhin nicht verfügbar. Am Abreisetag war es nicht möglich ein Launchpaker zu bekommen wie...
