”Great location , very close by to all the popular spots. The property was clean and just as described. It had all the amenities needed for a family. The property was pet friendly and had a small fenced backyard for our pets to hang out. ”

I also noticed they have luggage lockers you can store your stuff in if you arrive early/leave late, I didn’t use them so not sure if there’s a fee. I’ve been to Seattle a ton of times but I’ve never stayed in the Capitol Hill area, it’s a walkable neighborhood. Lots of bars/restaurants/shops in surrounding blocks. ”The room I booked Queen bed was spacious. The breakfast is continental in lobby with muffin, fruit, yogurt and beverages. I had problem with staff there. The lady who checked me in was very nice. But in the morning, the other staff at front desk kinda started preaching me that I "should have" used compost bin for trash when I told her twice that their trash can was not working (in breakfast lobby). I didn't like at all that she was not proactive. If this was my business, I would have said...

”When I arrived to the building I did not expect it”

”The Belltown was a perfect one night stay before our cruise. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything you could want to go see is within short walking distance. We enjoyed walking down to the water and over the Space Needle. They have a shuttle that will take you to the cruise terminal for a very reasonable fee.”

”There is strike going on in the front door of the property and they are very loud. I was on the 5th floor and couldn’t take a day nap because of the noise that they were making.”

”The smell in corridors was awful. Corridors were not clean and walls had broken corners etc. Location is good and beds okay. ”

”Excellent service. Especially the security guard at the night shift when we arrived on 9 June was brilliant and helpful. A very comfortable bed. The view to the parking lot was a bit disappointing. The breakfast was not quite at the level we expected but could be easily improved. For example, the fact that the spot to handle dirty dishes and trashes, which understandably gets quite messy, is right next to customers who are enjoying their breakfast is not optimal.
