”Just completed our annual snow trip to Buller. We stayed in a family room. Big room (for the snow) with breakfast included. Amazing location at the top of Bourke St. Proper ski in/out. And the Double cheseburger on their menu is legit! We'll definitely be coming back. ”

”Right on the ski field (can literally walk out door and you are there). But Hotel in less than optimal condition: cracks in some windows on main doors, tired condition generally, rooms about a 3* condition. Bathroom poor condition (bath did not even drain properly - bath maybe installed on an angle?). Quite expensive for its quality. Not sure the high premium for staying there is worthwhile.”

”What we like: Near center, incl. Walkable to grocery store, stunning view where the property is located and along the way to the center, enough rooms to cater considerably big family. What we don't like: no wheelchair access, access to property from the street was rather a struggle, what up in the snow before reaching the stairs, utensils/appliances were not clean/ worn out (suggest to replace some of them), oven was not cleaned.”
