”This rental exceeded our expectations. Amanda was a fantastic host and very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The proximity to the park and comforts of home like the ac grill and fire pit made our stay that much better. We will be staying again the next time we come to visit the park!”

”The property owner was wonderful providing info and help as needed. The kitchen was well equipped for those who like to prepare meals. Staying on the "quiet side" of Mt. Desert Island was good for us. We had easy access to Acadia National Park and could drop into the busyness of Bar Harbor when we wanted that experience.”

”Gayle and Rob have been very communicative and gave some great tips already ahead of the trip. Property was very clean and equipped with everything we need (e.g. full kitchen, washer/dryer, heat & cool system, Grill ). Lots of attention to details too (paper towel, Alu foil, olive oil, tabs for dishwasher and washer…). Location is also perfect to reach Bar Harbor and National Park. Big plus was to be able to bring our dog and have ample space to let him run (even though it was not really needed...

”We enjoyed our stay here very much. It was nicer and much larger than expected from the pictures. Everything was clean, comfortable bed, large living room with multiple sofas, well appointed large kitchen and dining area. It is less than a mile from Southwest Harbor and easy access to Acadia. I would definitely stay here for future visits to Acadia area.”

”Sparkling gem of a place! Staff is above and beyond. Safe. Quiet. ALL the personal touches! Walkable - on site self service laundry- 24/7 Coffee, tea, hot coco etc. Breakfast is amazing with a really wide and delicious variety. Already booked for next May! ”

”This wonderful apartment is located on the Quiet Side of Mount Desert Island, which was a big plus for us! As an added bonus, there is a grocery store (and a laundromat) 0.1 mile away. The beds and sofas are comfortable, the kitchen fully stocked with all the bakeware, cookware, crockery, flatware and utensils you will need. The bathroom is tiny, but certainly serviceable. And the owners, Tim and Sian are regularly updating and improving the property. Overall, we had a delightful stay!”

”Staying here for the second time to visit Acadia NP. Very friendly staff, 24 hour coffee and cookies. Room service is by request once in 3 days, but fresh towels are available if needed daily. Breakfast menu is good with hot sausages, omlettes, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit choices but is the same every day. About 6 miles away from Bar Harbor downtown. The property area is clean with nice flower beds.”
