The outside property looked completely trashed with garbage everywhere and broken appliances left around. We tried to ignore it and hoped the cabin itself would be better, but it was just as bad inside. The cabin looked like it had not been properly cleaned in a very long time. ”We reserved a suite, but when we checked in, we were told that all suites were fully occupied. The front desk offered us a standard room with complimentary breakfast instead. Since we were expecting visitors and a suite would be much more convenient, we insisted on having the room type we had reserved. ”This is a go-to for us because we love Los Gatos and they are dog friendly. Loading and unloading is self-help which we don’t mind. The rooms are clean, quiet (sometimes there is some noise like motorcycles, late night crowds on weekends, but that’s Los Gatos) and decent size for two plus a dog. Cafes, restaurants and shopping are all with in walking distance. There’s also a mini redwood forest park across the street near the post office where dogs can walk and have a drink at the fountain.”

”The breakfast offerings were a bit light for a Hampton but acceptable. The location was good with respect to convenience to eateries. The hotel seems new, so the entire space felt clean and well tended to.”

”This was an absolutely wonderful place to stay! The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helped us navigate around the neighborhood, including close restaurants and Tesla chargers. The room & bathroom were incredibly clean, bed/bedding/pillows were comfy, and it was very quiet. Highly recommend if you’re staying in the Sunnyvale area!”
