”I used to stay here a good ten years ago with the previous owners. I'm delighted to see this fantastic place back on renting sites and you won't be able to keep me away come snow season. ”The floor creeks and noise was mental. Couldnt sleep till people above us stopped walking around. Parts of the floor sounded like it was about to cave in. The cleaners miss alot and dont move furniture to clean or go above where they cant reach obviously as alot of bugs stuck on walls up in corners, heaps of dust and bugs on the oven rangehood and top of fridge. Rubbish left under furniture. Its a lovely place so should be kept to its best standards that it holds. Playground on the grounds...

"Good location, very clean and nice hotel.The dinner at the restaurant was delicious! Only reasons why I didn’t give 5 stars: service, room and view from the window. My first room was very tiny with super limited space for big luggage. A wonderful receptionist gave me a lot better room but the window was facing a parking lot, also the fridge in the room was very loud. I otherwise liked all the workers except one older woman at the reception, she was rude and lacking some customer service skills which the others had. When I checked out I felt very rushed like she was in a hurry to get rid off me and she didn’t even bother to smile or ask how my stay was(I stayed there for one full week). I’ve worked at hotel receptions myself so I know some days are hectic but still it doesn’t mean you need to rush people and be rude."
