”Stayed 2nights in private double. Late check in email stated room would be unlocked - it wasn't. Nobody answered the phone. We had to stretch in the window to unlock the door. The room stank. Really horrible old damp smell. Next day we were locked out of our room with our belongings inside "pending payment" - payment had been taken online already. Took 5 phone calls to get keys to our room sorted.”

”He eivät löytäneet varaustani, eivätkä maksua. Seuraavana päivänä toinen työntekijä selvitti asiaa ja varaukseni viimein löytyi. Huone oli likainen ja samoin keittiö. Jouduin kysymään puhtaat petivaatteet ja petaamaan itse sängyn. Wifi ei toiminut huoneessa, ja seuraavana aamuna se ei toiminut ollenkaan. Täytyi odottaa että respa aukeaa ja että he käynnistävät wifi modeemin uudelleen. Olen ollut reppureissussa yli 2kk ja tämä oli huonoin hostelli.”

"Good location, very clean and nice hotel.The dinner at the restaurant was delicious! Only reasons why I didn’t give 5 stars: service, room and view from the window. My first room was very tiny with super limited space for big luggage. A wonderful receptionist gave me a lot better room but the window was facing a parking lot, also the fridge in the room was very loud. I otherwise liked all the workers except one older woman at the reception, she was rude and lacking some customer service skills which the others had. When I checked out I felt very rushed like she was in a hurry to get rid off me and she didn’t even bother to smile or ask how my stay was(I stayed there for one full week). I’ve worked at hotel receptions myself so I know some days are hectic but still it doesn’t mean you need to rush people and be rude."
