”We enjoyed this location for a Thanksgiving trip to see Philadelphia and local family. Check in and out was smooth. Recently rehabbed property, was very clean with quiet neoghbors. We had an issue with a doorknob and the owner came to fix it within hours of reporting it. The only difficulty was finding street parking later in the evening, but it was easy to find during the day. We rode the bus a couple times and walked every day, which helped us find local coffee & pie shop, murals, cheesesteak...

”We stayed during our family reunion week and The Seagate was fantastic. We hosted a family dinner for 28 and arrayed the buffet on the wrap-around stone counter. Since the place has essentially two living-rooms and a dining room, there were plenty of areas for folks to settle, chat and eat comfortably. ”Weather was nice so we used the place mainly just for sleeping, family of five was comfortable for a long weekend. It’s in a great location. We arrived at night and had a little difficulty finding the building, you can’t see it from the street and there is more than one 28th street on the island so make sure to go to the one in Ship Bottom. Over all we were comfortable and would stay again! ”

”Stay was amazing, neighbors are loud and dogs bark throughout the night but this place is definitely a hidden gem.. there is a corner store across the top of the street which was convenient but the only downside was that there were indeed flies flying around a bit frequently as well as dead flies on the basement ground other than that this was an amazing stay for me and my family and we’d visit again ”
