”Another great stay with Pines Lodge, will visit again if we are in the area. Cozy room and lobby, and really enjoyed the water machine in the lobby as well as the coffee every morning in our hallway. Enjoyed the hot tub and heated boot racks as well! Only complaint is the ski out was completely icy and difficult to navigate in ski boots- it felt like an accident waiting to happen!”

We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay and will definitely be returning to the Westin! ”

”I booked a 1bedroom suite with king and pullout sofa bed for myself and 30 year old daughter. Check in is stated at 3pm. The room was not ready until 415pm. The 'king' bed was smaller than my king at home - I am not sure why - and it had body impressions which made it uncomfortable. The pull out sofa was worn out - the mattress totally useless. There were no linens for the pull out, we had to call for them. The shower faucet leaked - with regular 'drops' falling on the stainless steel...

”The staff at this place are extremely unprofessional. I forgot my wallet in the hotel safe, called two days later and was told that housekeeping said the safe was open and empty. Asked for manager to call me. Manager called and said they discovered that security had it (two days later still hadn't turned it in!). They said they would mail it to me. I had to pay UPS $30 for shipping, and a week later they still had not shipped it. They asked me to pay an additional $10 for UPS to come pick it...

”great for a family with kids. There are many amenities indoor an outdoor, as well as evening activities, movies. Very friendly staff, great shuttle service to Vail and Lion's Head towns. Very spacious and family friendly Lobby, Cafeteria is a great option for breakfast and dining. The game room next to the cafeteria is great to spend some time with the kids while enjoining some food.”
