”Check at the front desk was friendly and prompt, unfortunately we had issues right after we got into our room and went to use the bathroom, toilet handle was completely broken. The front desk agent called for maintenance to fix it, it took longer than expected for them to arrive, then we had to stay in the room while he went to get a new part, after that was fixed the sink backed up. I went back to the front desk to ask for assistance getting a new room. The sweet young lady moved us to the next...

”This resort is exquisite. It is located directly on the beach but also seems like it is in a jungle or Forest. The property is extremely well maintained and the staff was exceptional. We were given a room that we weren't exactly pleased with and they were able to accommodate our needs and provide us with a different room.
