”The stay was very disappointing. When we entered the room, the temperature was around 83°F, and it took 1–2 hours before the room temperature became comfortable.
The bathroom had major issues — the toilet was clogged, there was a bad smell in the room, and the basin was also not working properly. I contacted the front desk to request assistance with fixing the toilet and basin, but no one came to address the issue. The receptionist only advised me to discuss the matter with the owner.

”The hotel itself was nice. Unfortunately, while we were there, EVERYTHING was either broken or under construction. The swimming pool is being renovated. It's been under construction for a year. The workout facility is ALSO under construction. The ice machine is GONE! You have to go to the front desk to ask for ice. They were working on the roof when we were staying there so there was constant workers in the parking lot. Now, here is the POSITIVES. The workers were AWESOME! They can't control...

”Hairdryer only operated on low. Elevator was questionable. It jerked and often landed lower than the floor creating a step & possible tripping hazard. Front desk gentleman was alone and very busy, but went above and beyond to offer help if needed. He was very apologetic about the wait checking in even though we were not overly concerned.”
