This is not a brand new facility so don't expect it to be. However, it seems well taken care of, the place was clean, the staff was friendly. It's just off the expressway and pretty much right next door to Renfro Valley Entertainment Center which is why we stayed. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The hotel was sufficient for our needs the room needed more shampoo and conditioner s d the hairdryer was useless The breakfast was not very good and needs fresh fruit but the room we were able to use for a reception and that was nice

Very difficult to do see this is being a three star hotel hotel needs a facelift and updated breakfast consist of a frozen biscuit that you can put in the microwave for 45 seconds. If you want hot water you need to fill the cup up three or four times and then it will be hot. But the hotels within walking distance of Renfro valley, and for that we will go back.

Night desk clerk was wonderful! She spent 15 minutes repairing our TV! Little disappointed with the free breakfast - no eggs or freshly-made waffles, like most places.

initial computer glitch checking in, no WiFi (unable to obtain IP address) checked against three device, during entire stay. No lights in parking lot on arrival at 9pm, but they were on when departing at 9am. Staff was very cheerful and interactive on both shifts we encountered.
