”What an amazing property. While I love to camp, this was a great experience to not have to worry about packing gear and being able to relax. The cabin has a really thoughtful design with personal touches. The s’more kit, firewood and starters, and basic supplies that were provided included everything I needed. The expansive window at the bed made you think you were outdoors while in the comfort of dozing inside. I will definitely return and will bring a few friends to rent nearby cabins.”

”This property is serene, beautiful, family friendly and a great place for a much needed retreat. Beautiful memories were built as our family had time to enjoy the amazing views, cooler weather and sounds of the sea. We spent most of the two full days packed with fun on the property alone (but go to the farmer's market on Saturday during the summer to buy Diane's fabulous clam chowder & Mike's amazing wooden figures). ”

”Wonderfully relaxing and quiet. Great location. The house was very well laid out with decks and upper and lower bedrooms. Especially noteworthy was the very thoiughtfully organized kitchen with all of the necessary implements easily found. (One small item we couldn't find was a tea strainer)”

”We loved the Sauk River Cabin! Perfect base for hikes along the Mountain Loop Highway and in North Cascades NP. Great location near Darrington, which has groceries, restaurants, and gas.The cabin itself is wonderful. Very comfy, and the river-side amenities like the fire pit and the lounge chairs on the riverbank make it a great place to hang out between and after explorations.Highly recommended!”

”The property was spacious, clean, and we enjoyed a beautiful view of the Skagit River from the back porch and family room area. We used the home as a base for driving into the North Cascades National Park and doing day hikes. We did Cascade pass, Maple pass, and Blue Lake trails and then enjoyed the beautiful drive back to the rental home each day where we prepared a delicious meal using the grill and enjoying the dining area with a view of the river. ”A really great property on the water for a couple and pet or 2 couples!My partner and I loved our stay with our puppy. The walk down to the water is easy and the neigborhood is very quiet and private. A very close drive to town!The kitchen was nice to use and the ameninites were all great. Communication with Judy was easy and she was very kind. Loved staying here!”

”We frequent Lake Whatcom often, but needed a place to have family stop in and enjoy a day with us over a few day period to celebrate a couple of our kids accomplishments. The ample parking and huge yard on the water worked perfectly for us. The dock allowed us to keep our water toys on standby for whenever someone felt the need to enjoy the water. The yard size allowed us to have yard games, seating, and food service with plenty to spare. The fire pit area was great for after the sun went down....

”We booked this property to celebrate our anniversary and it did not disappoint. Wayne, Nanette and Hank, the hosts were very responsive and even left us some treats and wine as a surprise. We were! Hank greeted us, tail wagging, the minute we arrived. LolThis property has so many amenities for a lakefront cottage and we used most of them! Kayaks, paddle boards, hot tub! The kitchen was well stocked and there was even a bag of ice in the freezer! This is a property that would be amazing to visit...
