”Nice place to stay, except for the traffic noise all night and the next door tenants that don't leave room for everyone to park.”

”This is a small house on a fairly busy corner. You get the whole house with two bedrooms , a bathroom, and a kitchen. The kitchen is fairly well equipped but nothing to write home about. Cleanliness is an issue. This would be an okay place for someone who needs an inexpensive place to stay on the east side of Evansville for a week or two. It would be a challenge for a family since the bathroom is tiny, but there are two bedrooms and it was a reasonable size for two people.”

”Perfect location with comfortable beds. The kitchen is minimal - good for eating a simple breakfast.”

”This house was disgusting. The stove was unplugged and pulled away. There were bugs. There were empty drink bottles. We did not even stay here. I sent a note to the owner with pictures letting them know and I have gotten no response. Would not recommend this house or this owner.”

”I was a little disappointed. The smoke detector beeped for three days because the battery was low.then once it was fixed, the piwer was out in the master bedroom. They had to come back and fix that. I feel i should have gotten a little refund back because of the inconvenience.”

”We spent a few days with friends and family in the area. This was a perfect home base for our plans. Thanks.”

”Hasib was great! Very open communications and helpful.”

”We stayed at this property for 3 nights. We drove 800 miles to surprise family for a few days and were met with many small inconveniences at this property related to cleanliness and functionality. The host was quick to respond and try to make things right which was appreciated. The house was very basic with minimalist decorations which was really nice while traveling with a toddler. We would stay at this property again in the future.”
