”Was very disappointed that the indoor pool and hot tub were closed in the middle of our stay - this amenity was a deciding factor to stay there! Otherwise, everything else was as advertised, excellent breakfast choices and bed was very comfortable - definitely recommend this hotel.”

”I'll probably stay again because the location is good. They are in the middle of renovations but that didn't bother me. I couldn't decide if my room had been renovated or not. It had all the regular amenities and the bed was comfortable, but the bathroom door wouldn't open all the way because it runs into the toilet and the hot and cold water in the sink was on the opposite side of the H and C on the faucet. I appreciate the uncarpeted floors because they seem much more sanitary than carpet....

”I have pictures and videos of this horrible unsafe condition. Bug's all over dropping off the ceiling threw the night all over the walls and floors. Dirty sheets other people's hair and glasses in the bed and some type of orange stains. Tube had other people's hair, mold, staind towels, toilet was not clean. ”The hotel is not up to brand standards. It’s more along the lines of a Super8 The airport shuttle was dangerous. There’s one bus that picks up guests at other hotels first. When it arrived, every seat was taken and we had to stand with the floors overfilled with luggage that was rolling around with turns The elevator was broken on the morning of check out”

My suggestion is ALWAYS ask for top floor room near elevators. I love the hotel even with the obnoxious people above me. They reminded me of tweakers the way they stomped the floor most of the night. This happened about 4 nights. GET THE TOP FLOOR.”
