”I cannot recommend this home enough. I spent a fantastic long weekend here escaping the city fireworks with my dog. We enjoyed the early morning walks and bird watching and relaxing by the river in the afternoon. The house is clean and spacious and the kitchen had everything I needed. I was so sad to leave, and would love to return in the future. The George Washington National Forest is stunning, and this home is the perfect way to experience all of its beauty. ”

”Easy access to shopping and grocery store. Comfortable surroundings. Beautiful nature and lots of birdsong. The chickens free ranging on the property is a plus. Love it! Highly recommend for small group of adults and maybe school age children. We were three adults. The bunk bed is a bit tricky on the top bunk for an adult. The queen bed is very comfortable.”

”The place is totally awesome. My family of 10 came in for a wedding from Alabama & Pennsylvania . It had well enough bedding and very large open kitchen with living room concept for all of us to be together. The house her been recently renovated and has beautiful colors and very large bathrooms . My grandkids were able to play in the creek that was in the backyard . We are coming back for another family wedding in October and will definitely try to get the house again.”

”Our stay at the four bedroom log cabin was wonderful. We were in town for my son’s graduation from VT and this house was perfect for our family. Everyone we encountered was extremely friendly (animals included), the land is gorgeous and well maintained, and the spaces were very clean especially considering that this is a farm tucked into the woods. ”Lovely space in Giles! The horses were so beautiful to look at! The RV smelled sooo good! I wanna know what they use! It was a perfect little space super close to Mountain Lake Lodge, Cascades, gorgeous hikes! The drive alone to the RV was country paradise! We saw so many different animals. Just a wonderful little spot with a great host! The RV is decorated so perfectly and the outdoor space is adorable and a great place to relax!! 10/10”

”We really enjoyed our stay. Had everything you needed and also little things like snacks, stocked coffee bar. Also enjoyed the fact that we could have our dogs, the big yard was great for them to run and play. Misty the cabin owner was also very nice and a joy to talk to. If we are ever in that area again we will definitely rent this cabin again. Oh, and the donkeys across the driveway were a joy also. ”
