”Hotel was ok, old but decent. I booked a nonsmoking room, but the room we got first smelled so bad I could barely breathe so we asked to get another room. There was nothing wrong with the new room though. Wifi worked well and breakfast was good with warm and cold options.”
”Everything was great! Exactly as pictured. The property was clean, and the staff was friendly. The courtyard was a lovely place to enjoy the free coffee in the morning from the cafe. We were there for a music festival in Piedmont Park, and although it was a little under a mile to the venue, still easily walkable. Will stay there again!!!”

Only minor drawbacks were slightly off property parking that requires going to 5th floor of a shared parking space with an adjacent bank.
Breakfast service was very slow so if you’re in a hurry be aware :).

”My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Clermont! We loved the location - super walkable to all the areas we wanted to go. The various spots within the hotel were great as well (rooftop bar, Tiny Lou's, Clermont Lounge etc.). Would recommend! ”

”The most unique thing was the acknowledgement and friendly greeting as I immediately entered. This gentleman at the desk was just that. Helpful and courteous along with a answering my every question and accommodating me with all the wares essential to be comfortable for my two night stay. Without a question the demographics are precisely right for everywhere you want to be. I don't like big cities, but it was simple to navigate anywhere from my room. Whether you wanna walk or drive. I recommend...
”It was a very nice hotel except the shower gel bottle was empty. Free water would be nice to offer in rooms but i realize not all hotels offer free water. Beds were comfortable though. Good value for the hotel prices around Atlanta. Would come again! ”

"I stayed 5 nights. There was no warm water in the shower any morning. I got one night cash compensation for that as they were not able to fix the warm water.
The room was cleaned once during my 5 night stay.
Afterwards I found that hotel had charged an unmotivated charge of 261 USD om my CC without any authorization.
Now, I have tried to get this sum returned during weeks trough mails to hotel and also trough hotels.com.
Still, I have not received any explanation or receipt for why the hotel has charged my credit card without authorization.
As the next step I will now file a criminal complaint against the hotel for payment fraud."
