”We enjoyed every minute at Sweet Songs. The all inclusive option was the way to go. Delicious local food--each of our meals were excellent and we ate all but one of them there over our eight night stay. Definitely intend to be a return guest. The staff was so welcoming and helpful, they totally spoiled us! ”

”One of the most beautiful resorts I have stayed at. The canopy treehouse we were staying in had extraordinary view, and we enjoyed the beautiful outdoor shower. We were able to watch monkeys in the treetops, bids, butterflies were also frequently sighted. A great place for anyone who loves nature. The staff was exceptional! The food was also 10/10. Overall great experience. ”

”I don't typically write reviews but I have to hand it to the staff at the Blancaneaux Lodge. Flawless service, kind, friendly and helpful at all times, in every area of the resort. The place is truly magical, and their incredible staff are the secret sauce. The property is top notch, but warm and authentic, not ostentatious or showy. My family felt immediately at home. ”If you are looking for a jungle experience, you’ve found the right hotel. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The staff is exceptional! They know you by name and go out of their way to cater to you. There are several onsite activities included such as river tubing, hiking, and feeding the farm animals on site. This lodge was better than we expected. We highly recommend. There is no AC but there is a ceiling fan and it cools down the room. ”

”My husband and I visited as the first part of our Anniversary trip. We were greeted by Eric at the airport immediately after our arrival and had a great ride to the resort. Eric was also our guide for tour of Caracol Ruins, Cave & Pools, he also took us on the most spectacular cave tubing experience and set up with zip lining. ”The experience our family had at Black Rock Lodge exceeded anything I could have wished for. From the moment Fernando picked us up at the airport, we knew we were in for a good time. The nearly 2 1/2 hour drive went fast as he thought of everything. He had water and snacks ready for us when we got into the vehicle. ”Excellent stay here. The seclusion in the forest is a major plus. Best mixed drinks I had during my whole stay in Belize, including on Ambergris Caye. Food was excellent and home cooked. When looking back on this trip, I'll remember our great time here. Was very relaxing and felt authentic. Pool was smaller but nice. Staff is small, and very courteous and attentive. Rooms and the restaurant was very clean.. also a small gift shop on site was nice. The bungalos were very neat with a nice fans...

”Joe & Miriam (sp?) were very friendly and engaging hosts. We went to the Caracol Mayan site and also did a boat/swimming/waterfall tour. Joe is very knowledgeable about Mayan ruins. He is most enthusiastic about showing you his native country. Miriam is a great cook. We thoroughly enjoyed our jungle experience.”

”Beautiful property and really awesome villa! There were so many tropical plants and flowers around the property and villa. It felt very peaceful and private. It was a very unique experience being in the villa because it’s all open floor plan with only screens separating you from the forest.
