”This stay made my trip!
The grounds are beautiful. The hotel is amazing with it's unique details of antique furniture and art throughout.
The rooms are large, exceptionally clean and beautiful... although the beds could be a slight more comfortable...I suppose they might be to some who prefer a very firm bed. The towels have a bit too much bleach making them abrasive but our side of that the dining is phenomenal - I highly recommend the deconstructed wellington... amazing!

”We attended the NASCAR races at Bristol and decided to boook a night in Johnson City. It was located about a half an hour away from the track. Easy access and due to our late arrival (after midnight) I called to let them know we would have a late check-in. We arrived around 1:30 am and were greeted almost immediately. ”The shower head was worth the stay ! I literally searched the name & am ordering one for myself. Everything was great. The breakfast buffet could use a tweak but the coffee was awesome ! ”

”What I didn't like: Booked on May 6th & paid for the 2 double bed room for June 5-7th. Got there on the 5th and they did not have a room. They said they were overbooked on their double bed rooms. My guys had been driving from 8 PM the previous night to hear that. They ended up giving us 2 singles for the same price.
