”The staff was great. There was a fire in an accesory building that caused the whole hotel to be evacuated. The staff found and checked with each group and quickly got everyone reassigned to sleep for the night. They worked hard to make sure everone was taken care of and comfortable.”

”Loved every minute of my 5 day stay at the Hostel. My room was clean, comfortable and private. The shared spaces (bathroom/shower) and pool table/couch/kitchen areas were super clean and well stocked. The patio on the west side of the building on 3rd floor was epic for watching sunsets and the proximity to the pizza, Indian food and The Parlor cocktail lounge as well as 7/11 was super convienent.”

”The Chateau is a lovely place to experience the beauty of Deer Valley without having to sell a kidney on the internet to afford it. The European lodge atmosphere extends from the main lobby into all of the amenities and rooms. The complimentary breakfast buffet is the best we've had anywhere. The on-site amenities that we personally enjoy are the saltwater pool and the three different hot tubs. There are often lawn games on the grass (like cornhole) during the summer months, and several...

”I really enjoyed staying here. I had friends at a VRBO literally 2 houses down from the Plaza....but I much preferred my accomodations. The property was a little dated. When I would use the stairs to go, you could feel the boards moving under the carpet. The location was really centralized within walking distance of several nice restaurants. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful!”

”We had a wonderful two night stay. Staff were friendly and attentive and our room was perfect. The pool, restaurant and relaxing dining areas were all great, clean, great service and fantastic food.”

”Clean, and convenient. No on site office but someone always answered to help using the office number. We were able to rent skis right in the resort area, and were right near a ski lift so the ski in ski out was super convenient. The view was spectacular. It was nice to have front row seats of the mountain. Bring an eye mask and ear plugs though because you will hear the grooming machines in the middle of the night and they have bright lights. WiFi signal was inadequate so we could not connect...

”Didn’t know there was construction and no one working in the lobby. Door codes didn’t work and took hours to get inside. Once inside found the room pay dirty sheets and pillows looked used with others body hair on them. Moved to another hotel.”

”I liked this room, though I had specifically booked room 302 with a hill view and first ended up in a room with a parking lot view. I did get switched to the correct room eventually but not sure why the property didn’t know what room I booked until I showed them. It mattered to me. Rooms 302 and 304 have south (hill views) and 302 also has a view east, though the dumpster on that side gets used noisily in the early morning or late at night. The courtyard outside seems to be a gathering place...
