”Elevator stopped working while five of us were in it. Tried to call staff to discuss issue and they refused to engage in conversation. Simply stated that help was going to come. In general staff were not prioritizing the customer experience at all. Especially During breakfast time. Overall, the hotel is nice and is clean, but the Customer service was very poor.”

”The quality of this property was a pleasant surprise! Our room was spacious, clean, and right next to the river with a beautiful view. Since we had to use the sofa bed and had quite a few people, the staff immediately brought up extra towels and a bed set for the sofa bed. The breakfast was also nice, you can't go wrong with biscuits and gravy. My only complaint is that the hot tub was out of order and the pool was really really cold so we weren't able to enjoy it.
