Homebase~ A Modern Apartment Minutes from Court Square

You've found the perfect Homebase for your Ozark adventures, featuring the elusive combination of convenience, affordability, and style. This brand new spacious apartment has 10 ft. ceilings, modern furnishings, new appliances, and a cozy back porch with firepit. This apartment is connected to our own "homebase," the shop where our Fireside Retreats operations (storage and laundry facilities) are housed.

The Homebase Apartment features an open concept living area and has a large kitchen stocked with all the basics for cooking. There is a smart TV allowing you to use your own logins for streaming. The spacious bedroom has a new king memory foam mattress and blackout curtains for the perfect night's sleep. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination and an adjacent laundry closet with full size washer and dryer. The cozy covered deck overlooks a gorgeous grassy area and has a firepit, perfect for a small campfire as well as a propane grill.

Homebase has it's own entrance, and is accessed by keypad door code.

Our business operations are housed in a separate part of the same shop. You may see us come and go, usually between 11-4. Feel free to wave or say hi! We love meeting guests, but also respect your privacy and space.

Discover restaurants, shops, music, and nature...all within easy reach from Homebase. The apartment is less than a mile from Court Square, 10 minutes from the Ozark Folk Center, 20 minutes from Blanchard Springs, and just a few minutes from shopping, restaurants, and live music.

Sidewalks are currently under construction, and we look forward to offering easy walkability to Court Square in 2026. That said, you can alredy easily walk to Tommy's Famous Pizza from the house, and we highly recommend their pizza or bbq ribs!

Rental Rules
~Primary guest must be age 18 or older
~Check in is 4:00 PM-10PM / Check out is 11:00 AM
~No Smoking in or near the apartment
~Dogs are allowed, with Pet Fee (max 2 dogs, $40 fee)
~No loud noise or parties
~Absolutely no UTV's, ATV’s, Trailers, or Campers allowed
~Number of guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy as stated in the listing
