”Very slipperi barhtubs. As it was said at the receiption, it was a problem for a while, yet they have not done anything about it. My husband fell and we requested a anti-slip bath mat, which they did not have. If they are aware of the problem, why nothing had been done?
Breakfast: it’s bad. Attention people with food allergies. The kitchen guy does know what the food is made of, he just heats it.
The rooms are cleaned but they still dirty. The carpet floor is filthy, walked with shoes on, too...

”this was such a cute hotel. The rooms were also new and clean. The staff was amazing. I wasn’t feeling well and I requested for a late check out and the gentleman at the front desk was very sweet and accommodating. With excellent customer service comes a returning customer”
