”This is a 2-star hotel. The staff were unfriendly, and it was difficult to get a smile when asking for assistance. My request for room service was denied due to them being very busy. ”Average but good”

”Bathroom door gets stuck and lock doesn't work. Didn't ask for repair or help because of what I read on reviews. Breakfast not great either. Orange juice are home made and I'm 100% sure it is a Tang that transferred into tropicana bottle to make it look that way! What gives is that it was over filled and the bottle is old, "re-used".”

”Stayed for a week- no issues. Easy access- close to airport. Used hot tub and weight room. Breakfast was always good- just wish there was more of a variety of hot food for a weeks stay (only thing different was sausage or bacon). Great stay - no complaints.”

”This is a dog hotel - with fenced out patios. Location is right next to the main thoroughfare, so be prepared for noise early in the morning. Too expensive for its location. Gravely parking. No breakfast except coffee. Nice staff.”

”The pictures did not match the room. I was expecting an office chair and an arm chair in the room. There was no arm chair. The office chair was half-broken and leaned to one side. There was hair in the bathroom upon arrival. I'm glad we were only staying one night.”
