Probably a bit overpriced compared to some other properties nearby. We were attending the bluegrass festival and that was fantastic!”

”Overall, this is a decent hotel with a good location. The room was spacious and featured a gas fireplace, which added a nice touch. We also had access to a small private backyard/patio area, which made the stay feel more unique and enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located, and the property itself is attractive and interesting. However, the parking fee was almost $40 per night, which felt excessive. ”The fire alarm went off three times in the middle of the night, the alarm was faulty. No restaurant, but we paid top prices for sub par food on paper plates 😬. Waterside was out of order. Not a pleasant stay!”

”What a gem! This place was immaculate clean. Wished I could have used the hot tub. Simple room, super clean, great location. Limited parking is the only drawback. Danny was so great and helpful with information, parking, restaurants and loaning an umbrella since it was pouring ”

”Amazing little hotel in the heart of Ouray. Hotel was quiet, we couldn't hear anything through the doors and walls which is amazing for a good night sleep after exploring all day.”

”It was a beautiful place! Loved our location. Close to the hot springs pools and right on the river. We could see and hear it from our rooms balcony. Slept with the window open and listened to it all night and it was awesome. There was also a trail loop that ran along the river that you could just hop on and enjoy. We walked it with our 6 year old and had a young buck come right in front of us to cross to the river for a drink. Our son was floored about it. The room was comfortable and...
