”Location next to the coffee roaster in town is excellent. Port fairy was a great location to stop. Rebecca’s was a cute little coffee and biscuit shop. Florentine’s were amazing. We did dinner at fish and chips shop at the wharf. Good but take it to go. Park at the end of the point is a must visit.”

”The room was really nice but our view was horrible (our balcony faced another building) the shower pressure was poor and even with the aircon on the whole time the room stayed boiling hot for some reason. The hotsprings were beautiful I 100% recommend, although the water in most of the pools was way too hot 😂. The bathhouse should definitely be included with a stay at the hotel. The staff were lovely, the coffee at the restaurant was good but pricey. There is free parking right out the...

”I wanted to leave a positive review as I felt the manager genuinely tries their best. There's a total lack of privacy between the bedroom and bathroom. You would want to be in a very confident and comfortable partnership to share this room. There's literally NO privacy at all. The bed is only a double which is a let down, especially with the $400 a night price tag. Breakfast is off site but quire good. ”

”It was lovely accommodation. Very clean and comfortable and in an excellent location. There were only a few small reasons I didn't give a 5 star rating. We were staying for 3 nights; it would have been nice to have a bath mat...or even an extra towel. And considering we were required to take out the rubbish (which is totally fine), an extra bin bag or 2 would have been appreciated together with a dish cloth to clean the kitchen with. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.”

”There was no on site car parking as indicated- needed to park in public car park up the road. Was further to walk to beach and shops than indicated . We chose for location and accommodation was much more expensive than other options and we were disappointed with that. Bed was very uncomfortable - partner and I had sore backs ”

”I have been traveling for 7 weeks and have stayed in 14+ hotels in N.Z. and OZ. None of them have made a greater effort to make me comfortable than City Heart, admittedly a modest, affordable 16 room place in Warrnambool. The bed was super comfortable, when you turned on the hot water, you got hot water and —— wait for it —— the T.P. was actually soft, almost plush!”
