"I had prepaid 4 rooms, but only 3 were available. The personnel were about to send one of us to a different hotel, but we insisted to stay as one group. After 75 minutes, they "found" a fourth room that was dirty, full of mosquitos and the room lock did not work. No apologies or compensation. Otherwise, ..."

"Comfortable stay. Food was not the best but it was OK. Breakfast was good. Kettle in the room did not work and there was no sugar for morning coffee but these are small things. I have been visiting Sherbourne since 2005 and it's always comfortable."
