”Some of the best few days I have ever had on holiday. The entire experience was seamless. Staff at all times extremely welcoming and super friendly, the game drives are extremely well organised and well run. The advantage being they all communicate via radio and work together to have the best chance to see what you go for. We were there 3 nights and we saw everything we went for, all the big ones some even more than once. One extra night would have been perfect I feel ”

”What an excellent hotel with great views. Rooms decorated with good taste. Excellent sun deck with pool. Good breakfast. Dinner and breakfast were included but you had to pay drinks separately. They have a good variety of drinks and prices are cheap. Only problem was that wifi was not working at all.”

Unfortunately we had a bad experience with one of the tours we booked, the places visited were great but the transport provided (given advertised as a luxury tour) was unacceptable, a rickety dirty taxi! ”Renovated and stylish hotel, which by the way, seems a little bit like a conference hotel and not that persoal. The rooms, especially the suites, are very stylish and moderen, but also very bright as you cannot darken them perfectly. There are no international sockets and the bathroom is totally dark. ”The accommodations were very nice. Unfortunately there were daily electricity outages. The resort made no effort for guests to be cared for during outages, which happened three times a day for a minimum of 2 hours at a time. Everything is electric. Foreigners are not accustomed to these problems and are stranded in the dark with no resources. The resort needs to find a way to care for their guests during outages.”
