”Beautifully renovated historical hotel with a super friendly welcome. Our room was spotless and really comfortable. There is some train noise during the night but it didn’t bother us that much (and would have been solved by ear plugs). The coffee and muffins from the bakery downstairs were sublime. ”

”The baskets and pots of colorful flowers outside was a nice touch. This was a spur of the moment stay for us during our travels and like staying at non-chain locations to support local communities. The one thing I would say, although the room was visibly clean, it smelled of animal urine.”

”I’m really glad I stumbled across this motel, what an awesome little hidden treasure! The lady at the office was very kind and accommodating. I was in town for a race and knew I would be dirty afterwards and need a shower and wouldn’t make the check out time. She told me not to worry about it! I also lost my key and she was kind enough to let me use another one (thankfully I ended up finding the first one too). The room was in excellent condition and you can tell that the housekeeper Roni takes...

”Otherwise great stay but the sustainability matters could be improved especially in the breakfast. There is in use plastic utensils and cups which are non-comfortable and pollute the environment. Just our family breakfast produced bag load of trash. Bring in glasses, silverware and such. ”

”I was pleasantly surprised when I stayed here! The room was clean, the bed comfy and this hotel probably had the best water pressure I’ve ever experienced when staying abroad! Very close to the wedding venue I was here in town for and right next to a convenience store so we could just walk over for our needs. Wonderful stay for the last two days! ”

”This is not a fancy place but a rustic and cozy, a comfortable place to stay. We had a warm welcome from Zach and Dean. TV worked well and bathroom was adequate. We did not use the kitchen except for making morning coffee. It looked to be adequately stocked. We also did not use the pool or hot tub. The sunrise highway entrance is close as is the road to Crystal mountain. It was a nice stay. Thank you ”
