”I stayed at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Niagara Falls and overall the hotel was clean, especially compared to my previous stay in Washington DC. However, we did experience one major issue—there were bedbugs in the room. I immediately informed the front desk, and the staff member was helpful and offered to move us to another room right away. While I appreciate the quick response, the situation was still very concerning. Even after changing rooms, I felt worried about possibly bringing...

”When I checked in the front desk clerk was so welcoming and friendly. Her name was Sara, we chatted while she completed the check in and she was very helpful the whole stay with any questions I had or anything I needed. The breakfast was good from Parkway Prime, the kids and I enjoyed it. The pool was a good size so that there was plenty of room and it didn't feel overcrowded when there were many guests enjoying it. The hot tub was also great. ”
