”The room was clean. It was a suite so we had plenty of toom. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. It is dog friendly. The decor was very cute all over the hotel. The breakfast was yummy. The staff was friendly. The lady at might was super friendly and helpful. The lady in the morning was also super friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. We had a sixth floor suite. The view was even nice.”

”I did not eat at the Inn. The air worked fine. The staff was very friendly. I like the old way of not having to request maid service daily, your room was cleaned daily.”

”Nice area location. Close to alot of options to dine. Hallways smelled like wet dog, bathroom was very small, and the beds were squeaky.”

”It was a great stay overall but the grab and go complimentary breakfast was missing decaf tea and decaf coffee. We don’t take advantage of the nice kitchenette in the room. Otherwise clean breakfast area with additional vending.”

”Overall our stay was great! The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great, the beds were comfortable, and the location was excellent! We would definitely stay here again!”

”The alarm at the hotel started sounding after midnight. We had to evacuate the building only to find out that it was a censor in one of the vents that messes up, and sounds the alarm every time it rains. We were told this by the staff. We were also told that management was aware of it, and had been trying to get it fixed, but no luck yet. This should be a safety hazard. We wanted to see what was being done about the inconvenience. Only if you inquired about it would they then tell you that your...

”Josh was awesome at check in and very helpful with informing me of the hockey game score as well as turning the juice machine on for me so I could fill up my water bottle. My only complaint would be that was the only place to get water, but the ice machine worked and the room was very clean and very nice. I'd definitely stay here again next time I travel through Asheville. Thanks Josh and thanks Country Inn!”

”Great little cabin. A few unexpected things. You cannot stand up in the loft area. Have to crawl into bed. Hot tubs are clean but do not look clean due to the mineral content in the water. We had to inquire to be sure we were safe. River front is a bit back from the river for the sleeps 4 cabins, but nice view. Location is great. Close to the Biltmore, the outlets, shopping etc. loved our stay!”
