”The rooms are great. They are large, modern and very clean. There is plenty of room to move around. It's in a wooded area so it feels a bit secluded. The views out the rooms are nice. The staff is great. There is a lady there that is either the owner or manager and she is wonderful. She knows the area, makes great suggestions on food and fun stuff to do. She is very kind, polite and generous. She made drinks for my son and I (hot coco and tea). She was fun to talk to. I wrote this...

”The hotel was nice, and clean. However, the housekeeping staff cleaned our room every day while we were out skiing but did not replace the toilet paper or the "fun size" soap bar once during our stay of 5 days! My son and I were betting whether we would run out of T.P. barely made it, and had a sliver of soap that cpuld melt away in the sink. I paid good money to stay there and 1 more tiny bar of soap or another backup roll of T.P shouldn't be asking too much right?”

”The heater was not adjustable so the room would become so hot like a sauna and opening the window would make the room so cold. So we couldn’t sleep easily at night since it was either too hot or too cold”

”I ended up being charged more than what I booked the room for on Expedia by the resort. I had a room in the North Wing. Had to haul my bags up to the 3rd floor, walk a long haul, then go down an elevator to the 2nd floor. I got lost at first, had to go back to front desk. The old part of the resort is old. Updated, but jenky to get to. Lots of add on fees. ”

”The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. ”

”My room was up stair near the front parking lot they have more than 1 building. at least 1 building is lake front. exterior is a bit run down from guests hitting walls with skies and other items, walk way floors are a bit soft and bouncy they sqeak in some areas its definitely a older building. I likely had the smallest bathroom sink in the building. my room smelled of cigarette smoke It was worse at night when the windows were closed. it had a small mini fridge and maybe 24" tv towels and...
