”Easy check-in, comfy bed and plenty of pillows. Minimal noise from other travelers. Shower was warm and AC worked well. I liked that there was no carpet but the floors could have been cleaned better (didn't seem like they'd been mopped recently). Traveling with our 1 year old was easy because the room was fairly baby friendly.”

”We stayed in a 1 bedroom superior lake view chalet that had been updated with paint and new furniture. It was light and bright and very comfortable! I hope they continue to update all of their chalets.”

”The inn is immaculate. It is a short walk to restaurants and a bar where you can play pool. This is the best play to stay in Shasta and we have been to Shasta many, many times.”

”This small motel was very comfortable and pleasant. Our room had a nice view of Mt. Shasta and it was conveniently located off the highway although we could not hear any sound. The staff was friendly and breakfast was an average continental breakfast. We would stay there again.”

”We went to snowmobile and the snow didn’t cooperate but we settled in to our sweet thoughtfully detailed room. We were told it was the smallest of the rooms but as a couple we enjoyed it and the Mountain View’s. We took advantage of the eateries downstairs loving the Butcher Block grill gotta try the steak sandwiches!! So good. Loved exploring the area and coming back to the common areas and a toasty fire. The history of this place is so cool and got to have a lovely conversation with the owner...

”I booked this bed and breakfast the night before the check in date. I arrived at 930pm to find I should have received an access code via email in order to access the property and check in to my room. I did not receive an email with the access code and there was no staff on site. So, at 10pm I had to find other accommodations. I messaged the staff thru the Expedia app and left a voicemail. I’ve still not received a reply or a refund notice for the room night.”

”Great hotel! We wanted an upscale boutique stay along I-5 in Northern California and the Mossbrae was a jackpot. Cute little town with restaurants, a microbrewery, and if you are lucky (like we were), live music. Its a beautiful spot and is 15 degrees cooler than Redding or Medford OR”

”We regretted staying here the whole time. There was no cold water from the tap. The internet was off and on. The room looked like nothing was changed but was renovated by fresh paint and cheap mattresses. You could hear the trains whistling and running all night. It was in a weird area and wasn’t a good stay at all.”

”The room has very very old carpeting, shower curtains that need to be replaced, bathroom sink as an extremely slow drain. The little café across the parking lot has garbage overflowing onto the ground and seagulls flying all around. Won’t be back.”

”They cancel my stay and I wasn’t notified. I was there at 10pm and the lady at the front desk told me my reservation was canceled in the morning. So I had to look for a place to stay with my kid at 11pm. Very upsetting”
