”Amazing hotel tucked away down a quiet street but in walking distance to attractions in Tblisi. Staff were so friendly and helpful particularly as Expedia mucked up our booking. Roof top pool and bar was a welcome relief after sightseeing for the day. Highly recommend!”

”It was clean and nice, the staff was amazing. The only thing was weird that that they did not have a refrigerator in the rooms, however the staff would store your refrigerated items and bring it to you whenever requested. Beds are comfortable, crispy clean sheets and bathrobes. Nice and clean bathroom. You can walk down to Old Tbilisi and you can take a taxi back for about $2 if you don't want to hike up to the hotel.

”City centre, in comparison with other hotels, you don’t need to go to the mountain , the location is in the middle of a main street. Shopping, restaurants - whatever you want. The staff is very helpful, the apartment is clean, the kitchen has everything you need for housing. The only minus: sometimes the Wi-Fi signal is not good in a bedding room, but perfect in the living room and kitchen. ”

"Palvelu kaikkialla huippuystävällistä ja tehokasta. Aamiainen hyvä, mutta hintava. Huone Freedom Squaren suuntaan iltaisin ja öisin todella meluisa. Suihkun vesi vaihteli oma-aloitteisesti kylmästä kuumaan ja takaisin kylmään. Piti varoa polttamasta itseään. "
"Citadine oli erittäin positiivinen kokemus. Sijainti keskellä kaupunkia, mutta sisäpihalla, jolloin vilkkaan kadun liikenteen melu ei häiritse. Huone on iso, siinä on pieni keittiö, ruokapöytä ja sohva sängyn lisäksi. Ikkunasta näkymä on sisäpihalle, mikä ei meitä häirinnyt. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja auttavaista. Lämmitys toimi moitteettomasti ja lämmintä vettä tuli suihkusta. Ainoa hieman haittaava oli nettiyhteys, se takkuili. Ostimme paikallisen internet-sim kortin, mutta sekään ei toiminut hyvin, joten vika ehkä on muualla kuin hotellissa."
"Standard hotel a bit out of the city center. Easy walk to the sights (or everywhere in Tbilisi). Noisy highway just outside of hotel, literally. You can listen to cars speed 24 hours. None of the pictures look like the room you are going to get, but it’s clean and comfortable enough. Nice people at the reception and breakfast."
