Other things to note
Kindly note:
- smoking not allowed indoors but smoking allowed outside at designated smoking area.
- Their is always a doorman to let guests in the main gate 24 hours however kindly notify the care taker/doorman for late arrivals.
- We have fresh water available through out the day (however not advised for drinking) we advice our guests to buy pure drinking water from the supermarkets.
- We encourage the guests to keep the premises clean and treat our home like your own and always notify the management incase of any issue, we try to solve every issue to the best we can and always reachable.
- we have cctv security cameras and electric fence for our guests safety but only at the parking and main gate.
- sleep over guests not allowed however should that occur kindly notify us and we can make an arrangement.
- Guests may visit from 7am till 7pm.
- Parties not allowed.
- No noise after 10 pm.

Kindly note:
Incase the ceiling fans are not enough, We have a portable Air-conditioner available at a small fee upon request.
