”After doing the online check in earlier in the day I was told that I would get an online code and instructions to get into my room. I didn’t receive a code at check-in time so I called minutes after 4 pm to enquire. I was told that I would receive a code in 5-10 minutes as they were working on my room. I told them I would wait outside in the parking lot. I waited for over an hour and watched other guests getting in their room. I called back twice and got no answer. I tried to get into the office...

”It was a cozy home to stay at on route to ferry; just two things would have made it better: dust free fans since its a hot summer and the smart TV to actually work and have other channels than weather channel. Otherwise, the three bedroom cottage was a great place to make home cooked meals and cozy beds to sleep in.”

”Staff were excellent. Linen/ room servicing was only provided every 3 days. We didn't know that until we checked out. Bathroom needs towel bars. The restaurant had a 15 to 20 minute wait in the morning. Understandable as the hotel was full Overall we were comfortable.”
