”The villa is exactly as shown on the website. Communication with hosts was excellent. Location was perfect - a 10 minute walk out of the town so close to water taxis, lots of restaurants (we ate out every night and didn’t have a bad experience) and shops. ”As another reviewer mentioned this Villa looks even better than the pictures show. We were met at the airport and brought straight to the Villa, effortlessly easy. Couple of very minor issues on day one i.e. the safe has been closed and we needed the key to reset it. ”The villa was as described and the pool was lovely, as it was so hot. When needed clean bedding we just asked the cleaner. The villa had hardly any items. No mugs (the cups were tiny) used plastic cups to make a drink and only 1teaspoon and no t towel or cloths. There was no plug and the bowl was cracked (had to stuff plughole with toilet paper).There was no toilet paper (had to get some from restaurant toilet until went to the shops the next day) No hand wash. ”Property is in a good location. The pool is great, the size of the villa is good. However, it is so tired and run down inside it should not be rented at these prices. When we arrived there were several plug sockets hanging out of the wall, toilet flushers missing in 2 rooms, broken light fittings, broken tiles in the pool area. ”We had a brilliant two weeks in Dalyan with Villa Hadi Gari the perfect home for myself, my wife and our two daughters and we definitely recommend. Communication with Nihat was excellent right from commencement of our booking. ”We couldn't fault this accommodation. It was clean, well equipped and private. The manager was on hand if we needed him and replied quickly (the water was off in Dalyan and we didn't know if it was just the villa). ”The stay was lovely with a great location not too far from town. The only criticism I would have is that the water does go cold so to have showers at once is not possible! If the hot water is used up then it does take time to heat back up. The villa is located in a quiet residential area and noise is not liked despite being in large groups with children!
