”Location was nice in the middle of the town, but hotel rooms need modification. Internet is not free, it costs 10 €/24h. Gym was quite small with only a few equipment. Breakfast was average and for 18 € extra cost not worth it.”

I only marked the staff/service down because it took reception a while to find our booking and they didn't apologise for the error. ”Some noise from trams and traffic outside, we had city view (=saw the park and the railway station). Great location if you plan to see Belgium by train. We had some really friendly staff and one very rude and unhelpful. Hairdryer was not working and it took 12 hours to get a new one.”
