”Burnt out reading took 2 days to replace. Soap dispensers were empty or broken. Told to leave towels out the door. First day they were picked up but not replaced. Had to go get towels. Second day left towels outside. Came back after ten hours and towels were still on the floor. Had to go get towels. Neighbors towels and garbage were there also. All stayed until the next morning. Would never stay there again. Bathroom was dirty and as handicap room the shower just went all over the bathroom. ”

”I was not allowed to check in until 4 PM and by then I had to call out of work because they were not prepared and I kept going and repeatedly asking, and they were not ready. And then for my room to have dirty hand fence all over the door jam. And nasty moldy, green and black scum in the shower, and the sliding glass door would not shut all the way if you wanted to walk it and had to stay slightly cracked and was held together with duct tape. The pool was closed. So in Florida you can’t even...
