”Upon arrival, we were greeted by an amazing employee April. She was handling a difficult call when we walked in, but still managed to make eye contact and address us until she could help. Once she finished, she processed us into the room quickly and efficiently all while chatting about the area and what we could do in the short time we did have. Such a pleasure to meet someone who enjoys their job and greets the customers with a smile. ”

”Owners of this hotel are very pleasant and accommodating. Clean rooms. Great for the price for sure. ”

”Room had stink bugs coming from a/c unit. Shower hand held was broke wouldn’t stay in position. Basically hanging down from the hose Stains on bed sheets.”

”When you get there drive all the way to the “back” of the hotel, the casino throws you off and it’s tricky to find the entrance. Use the parking garage! Other than that, the hotel is really nice and staff is friendly! The rooms were clean and there was always a nice scent about the hallways. It’s close enough to St.Louis area but it’s not downtown. ”

”Were happy until we developed water leak in bathroom. Had to move to different facility...no rooms avail. Staff very nice. Beds great. Lots of hot water.”

”The room and breakfast was good, but we specifically picked this hotel because of the indoor pool. The pool was closed. So disappointing.”

”It was clean and easy to find/park. However the shower did not get warm even after letting it run. They had rules for cleaning like it was an Airbnb. Check out was at 10 am. ”

”Canceled this room at the site and was told they had no availability so we should not been able to even get a room. ”

”Someone has unplugged the fridge and the freezer defrosted. There was water all over the floor. We cleaned it up and the towel was so dirty. The floor wasn’t cleaned. ”

”Siisti ja erittäin kaunis hotelli ja mukava henkilökunta. Huone iso ja todella mukava. Suhteellisen hiljainen huone, ulkoa kuului hieman liikenteen ääniä. Huoneen ilmastointi puhalsi satunnaisesti melko kovaa muttei häirinnyt meitä. Eurooppalaisittain nähtynä kierrätys melko vaatimatonta. ”

”Elevator not working. Long delays for one working. Breakfast was mediocre. Eggs dry. Breakfast meat low quality ”

”Excellent location and beautiful old building. Everything was clean and tidy, but recycling options would be a good addition. The service at the restaurant was very slow. The only(?) waitress did her best, but could have used help. The 24h market beside reception desk was subpar. Still overall good value.”
