Viehättävä mökki, jossa oma uima-allas, tyylikäs spa ja minikeittiö

CALMAR Mökki sijaitsee pohjoisessa seurakunnassa St. Peter, yhden (1) minuutin päässä maailmankuululta Mullins Beachiltä ja Royal Westmoreland Clubilta ja Indulgence Spasta.

Mökki on 5 minuutin päässä Speightstownista ja 15 minuutin päässä Holetownista, josta löydät paikallisia ja kansainvälisiä ostosmahdollisuuksia, ravintoloita, postia, lääkäritoimistoja ja pankkeja.

Mökille saapuessa vieraat saavat:
- ilmainen viinipullo
- pullotettu vesi ja virvoitusjuomat
- näyte makeita herkkuja

Tämä tilava 3 makuuhuoneen, 2 kylpyhuoneen, mökki nukkuu 1-6 henkilöä kahdessa (2) king-vuoteessa ja yhdessä (1) Queen-vuoteessa.

Kaikissa huoneissa on ilmastointi ja taulutelevisio, kaapeli. Päämakuuhuoneessa on king-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone.

Vieraat voivat nauttia Calmarin yksityisestä uima-altaasta tai aulasta rentoutumisalueella katsomassa suosikkiohjelmaansa 70 tuuman televisiossa.

Gazebo tarjoaa intiimin rentouttavan alueen, jossa on 5-paikkainen Sunrise Spa, joka sisältää vesiterapiasuihkut, LED-valaistuja vesiputoja ja Bluetooth Audio -järjestelmän, joita kaikki ympäröivät palmuilla ja trooppisilla kasveilla.

Mökissä on myös täysin varustettu kuntosali, jossa on yläkerra, jota voidaan käyttää joogaan.

Keittiönurkkauksen ja grillausalueen ulkopuolella on keskiyön sininen työtaso ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettu hana. Kaapissa on säilytystila ja pieni jääkaappi. Kaasu- tai hiiligrillagrilli tarjotaan.

Täysin varustetussa ja tyylikkäässä keittiössä on kaunis graniittitaso ja backsplash. Ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettu LG-jääkaappi, kaksinkertainen uunilla valmistettu kaasuliesi ja astianpesukone täydentävät tätä erittäin modernia aluetta.
Mikroaaltouuni, leivänpaahdin, tehosekoitin, kahvinkeitin ja vedenkeitin ovat myös mukana.

WiFi on käytettävissä koko mökin alueella.

Nuoremmille vieraillemme tarjotaan pinnasänky, leikkisänky ja syöttötuoli.

Lakanat ja siivouspalvelut tarjotaan mökille joka toinen (2) yö. Kylpy- / käsi- / pyyhepyyhkeet sekä rantapyyhkeet ja uima-allaspyyhkeet toimitetaan.
Mökissä on pesukone, silityslauta ja silitysrauta.

Wonderful stay in Mulins

We had a fabulous time here- the location of the home was wonderful. We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants and a local convenience store. What we really enjoyed the most was having the pool/ hot tub/patio and outdoor grilling and eating to start and end each day with. The rooster found his perch in the tree, announcing his arrival at 6pm every evening and the monkeys played tag on the roof a couple of mornings. Charles and Eunice were so helpful and welcoming! We had an amazing time!

Great place to stay as a family

Booking was seamless with lots of contact from host. Being picked up from the airport was great as no hassle and then the accommodation was perfect for our needs - 3 big bedrooms so kids had their own space, great outdoor space with lovely jacuzzi and pool and fully kitted out kitchen and living area was lovely - would stay again in a heartbeat as right near Mullins beach where we swam every day and went to cicis and seashed for food - our hosts were also amazing and we will be back

Location, Location, Location

Just returned from a great 12 night stay at Calmar Cottage. We loved the Mullins area and hope to return here again. The cottage is a quick walk to the beach, great restaurants ( Sea Shed a must!!), & welcoming rum shops. The gas station at the end of the street is great for essentials - well stocked. You can easily walk into Speightstown. We loved Adrian’s Beach Bar and rented chairs/umbrellas there most days. The cottage is cozy, with all the amenities you need. Beds were comfortable and we really appreciated the housekeeping service every 2 days. We felt very safe in the neighbourhood. While we mostly swam at the beach, we did use the pool and the hot tub. Having Charles pick us up at the airport and return us as well was a great service as we did not rent a car. Overall, we had a grand stay.

A gem of a stay in an excellent location!

The property is a great space for 6 people to stay. We were 4 adults and 2 young boys. All rooms were clean, of generous size with huge beds! Great kitchen, well equipped with every gadget and gizmo you could need. Great living area with full size dining table, big sofa and mega TV with all the apps you’d expect. Amazing pool, hot tub and comprehensive gym! Location to a perfect for a 2-min walk to the beautiful Mullins Beach. All beach towels were provided.Whilst the villa is amazing, it has a the kindness and generosity of Charles and his family that sets this place apart! Charles is an exceptional host! Would highly recommend stayed no here! We had a fabulous stay!

Perfect Spot

Calmar cottage was the perfect spot for the first leg of our trip. Tony made us feel very much at home and very welcomed. The special treats upon arrival were a nice touch. The location was great. An easy walk to beaches, dining and Speightstown. The monkeys were fun to watch. With airport transfers included, this was the ideal place for us. We'll be back for sure. What more can you ask for?! This home is located in a great location. Mullins beach is within a 2 min walk with options for dinning and take away food. Many sightseeing options are within a short drive or ride on the local bus. Charles, Eunice and Eulene make you feel at home and provide great recommendations for touring. Linens and towels are changed every two days along with general housekeeping. The home was a cozy place to wake up and come home to at the end of the day. Air conditioning keeps the bedrooms cool and the beds are comfortable. The main room has a big couch and large screen TV ideal for movie nights. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking with a dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer on site if you need to wash any clothing. Our teenagers loved using the fully equipped gym, hot tub and pool, and appreciated having their own rooms to relax in. Monkeys visited us a few times and the stars visible from the backyard at night were stunning. Us adults spent a ton of time sipping coffee and wine, and munching on snacks while sitting on the comfy patio furniture near the pool. The place is equipped with wifi strong enough for Zoom meetings and did not fail with multiple people using it at the same time. Thank you for such a great visit, Charles, Eunice and Eulene!

Excellent, beautiful and safe location

The property was exactly as you see it from the pictures. Charles was an excellent host - made us feel very welcomed ( plus the treats were delicious!). The pool and jacuzzi were used everyday - the kids especially enjoyed. The location was perfect- walking distance to Mullins beach and local restaurants (Shea Shed a must). It is a quiet area and felt very safe as first time visitors.

Voor ons was dit een super plek! Net even weg van de drukkere straat in een prettige kleinschalige lokale buurt met vrijstaande huizen. Mooi afgezonderde tuin met fraai zwembad en jacuzzi. De gastheer en vrouw uitermate vriendelijk en gastvrij. Ondanks wat technische mankementen van apparatuur in het huis (die ook wel snel zijn verholpen) hebben wij het erg naar de zin gehad. Wat ons betreft is het wel handig om een auto te huren zodat je het eiland goed kan ontdekken.

Family holiday at Calmar Cottage

Perfect place for our family holiday. Charles is a great host and went out of way to make our first time in Barbados very special. Excellent location with plenty to do within walking distance around Mullins and Speightstown. We particularly enjoyed the lovely pool and garden in a peaceful neighbourhood.

Charming Calmar Cottage

Loved staying at Calmar Cottage, had all your home comforts as well as a/c in bedrooms a fabulous pool and great outdoor area, Charles and Maxine the hosts were lovely and very accommodating, Mullins beach was only a couple of minutes walk away and beautiful, lovely places to eat within walking distance, would definitely recommend staying at Calmar Cottage😊

The villa was exactly as described a 3 minute walk to the beach the pictures of the pool area don’t do it justice the pool is private and shady for the most iof the day the children loved jumping in the pool first thing in the morning

Wonderful house!

We loved staying at Calmar Cottage. It was a perfect location wtih a two minute walk to Mullins Beach and several restaurants. The house itself was comfortable. We loved eating outside on the veranda in the oasis of a backyard. We used the pool and hot tub everyday. Everyone slept comfortably on the beds in the AC. Plenty of ice and filtered water from the fridge. We also enjoyed seeing the monkeys in the mornings. We'd stay here again without hesitation. Charles and Eunice were lovely.

Lovely cottage

The cottage had everything that we needed and the hosts were attentive and responsive. We had formerly lived on the island previously so knew our way around. Mullins is a perfect area if you want to have everything you need within a few blocks. It is very safe and the Bay is spectacular. Good food choices for both local cuisine and more traditional preferences. Cottage has everything that you would need to eat in as well. Hosts take pride in their home and had great appliances and modern features. Hot tub was not working when we were there, but the worlds biggest hot-tub was a 5 minute walk away. Monkeys, Monkeys, Monkeys

We woke up our second day with the famous green monkeys of Barbados in our back yard. There is a family of 7 (including 2 babies) that came often to enjoy the mango tree in the back of the house. We really enjoyed watching them. Other than that, Charles was a wonderful resource. He knows the island up and down. He gave us several suggestions on things to do and see. The house itself is convenient with a short walk to mullins beach. Try the homemade rum punch at the little shack on the beach. FYI. The bedrooms all have separate a/c units. But, the main part of the house does not have a/c. There was a large fan that we used to help with that. The pool and hot tub were used many times. Don't miss swimming with the turtles and the flower cave. They were highlights of our trip. Thanks again Charles!!!

Great place and great hosts!

Charles and Maxine were great hosts! Met us at the airport and had a home cooked meal waiting for us!! That was so nice to arrive to. The little backyard oasis was landscaped and lovely, to have as an alternate to not being on the beach. We surprisingly enjoyed using the hot tub even. Great location on the west coast, 3min walk to Mullins beach. The beach is quite close to the road, but once on it, hard to notice. Short drive to other close beaches, Holetown, golfing and easy to take a drive to the other side of the island. The road to cross to the beach was busy, except on Sundays, so had to take care when crossing. Small suggestions would be for the home to keep little beach chairs and a cooler for guests to use. Very caring people, lovely guest house which all made for a great trip to Barbados!! Thank you Charles and Maxine!

This was our own private oasis. Simply beautiful! Charles and Maxine are great host and very helpful. The home was clean and had every thing we needed and the beds were so comfy. Walking distance to Mullins beach was a plus. Planning our stay for next year already! Highly recommended!

Wonderful host, wonderful house, wonderful location

We rented this wonderful house with another couple in February 2018. Charles met us at the airport (what a great bonus!) and drove us back to his wonderful house where there were amazing treats prepared upon our arrival. The house is located just steps away from Mullins Beach and you can spend your day in the sea or in his great pool. We spent our time in Barbados on catamarans (highly recommended), on various beaches, exploring the island or just resting at the house and in the pool. After 24 hours we felt that we had been there a week because we were so relaxed! Charles was around to help us with anything we needed and was able to provide fantastic advice about the island. He and his team are great hosts that we couldn't recommend highly enough! Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Great stay with our family

We had a great stay at the Calmar Cottage. Charles picked us up at the airport, helped us to do our initial groceries shopping, and at the villa, Maxime welcomed us with a range of treats! We felt very welcome. The villa is great. Very well equipped and very clean. We loved the pool and the hot tub. The beach is very close (walking distance), so we could chose to stay at the pool or go to the beach. When we arrived our youngest child (2yrs) was sick and Maxime checked in on us the next day if all was ok or whether we would need help to get our child to the doctor. Very attentive. We have nothing but good things to say about our stay and if we come back to Barbados, we definitly would stay here again.

Perfect Barbados holiday

Charles, Maxine & the Calmar family, welcomed us with open arms. The villa is in an excellent location with the beach about a minute walk away. The villa has everything you need but if you want to go out there are 3 places to eat locally Bombas has the perfect setting and fantastic food, Mullins beach bar is more casual with also a great view food. We fine dined one night in Holetown at Tides wonderful service, food and view. We had the most amazing time and really enjoyed all the wildlife around.
