Legendaarinen Condo Barbadoksella

Legend Garden Condos on loistava valinta kodiksi Barbadoksella. Sijainti on mainio, Mullins Beach aivan vieressä. Palvelu hotellissa on loistavaa ja huoneistot isoja ja siistejä.

Loved the gardens

We really enjoyed our stay in our room which was like a treehouse! Delia and Bird were very helpful and welcoming. Great location for the beach.Loved the gardens.

A fantastic stay! Wonderful hospitality. Really great location which is a very short walk to the beach. When walking back to the condo complex there is an shower to wash off sand near the entrance which is a great touch. The accommodation has good proportions with a separate kitchen and functional bathroom. The surrounding flora & fauna along with the wildlife also make this a unique place. Good value for money. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.

We absolutely loved our recent stay at Legend Gardens Condo! Unit #4 had an open kitchen, which was well equipped. A spacious bedroom (love the bug netting = peaceful sleep), a dressing area and a spacious bathroom. The owner was present & pleasant :) and the property managers were keep to ensure everything was to our liking. The best thing about this rental is location! Close to the main coastal street, but far enough to not hear any road noise!! And it’s located close to Speightstown (between Holetown), on the West coast = calm surfs beach-side. We will return.

Amazing stay at legend Garden. Delia and Bird made us feel really at home and we loved the creative atmosphere. Perfect location, perfect pool, perfect condo. We spent our days hanging on the nearby Gibbs beach in the shade with our baby and the nights eating at Heinz bar which was super friendly, tasty and affordable. Will be back

The property owners De and Bird are genuinely lovely people. Their warmth and friendliness are the best thing about this property. How much you like your experience here really depends on your expectations and what you are looking for. We were looking for something else and did not feel that the property met our needs. Their was too much construction going on while we were there. There was always some type of hammering or sawing going on the property or adjacent to it. The maintenance on the grounds needed some significant work. The unit that we stayed in was newly renovated but the bed was rock hard. The kitchen area was well appointed but it was outside and attracted its fair share of bugs. These critters seemed to make there way into the bedroom on a regular basis. We we looking for, and expected, something a bit more refined and organized. This felt a bit more like a bed and breakfast where you were staying at someone’s house with all those personal family things going on around you. If you are looking for that type of stay this place may suite your needs. The highlights of the property are the birds and the monkeys. It is situated next to a gully that has a family of green monkeys living in it. There are many types of birds in the area that were interesting to watch. If you want a home stay type experience this property may be for you. If you are looking for something a bit more refined I would look a other options. Barbados has a great deal to offer.

A perfect place for us!

Having joined my wife in Grenada after she had been travelling through the Caribbean avoiding resorts, cruise ship locations and determinedly eating and staying locally, we arrived in Barbados full of trepidation as we assumed it would be hard to do all of the above on such a developed island. Especially on the West coast and so close to such a lovely beach like Mullins. So we feel very lucky to have come across Legend Gardens in our trusty Lonely Planet Guide. Owned and run by a lovely local family who live on site and treat all guests as their house guests, taking us to buy food from the local supermarkets and expertly recommending things to see on the island that they had worked out would suit our taste and interests. It’s no wonder that nearly everyone else here are regulars and who have become friends of the owners, Delia and Bird. We have huge respect for them both in maintaining their beliefs in an area in danger of succumbing totally to the developers dollar. What a find - we feel privileged to have met them, heard their stories, shared their hospitality and that of the other guests and have thoroughly enjoyed being part of their family for the last 8 days. A really friendly place in a great location.

We stayed for 2 weeks and really enjoyed this place. The owners are great characters and make you feel really welcome. Barbeques are organised some nights, the owners bring the fish and you bring salad or veg etc. Most people staying will attend and a great time is had by all. You also get to know your neighbours. The location is great if you wish to avoid the busy and noisy Bridgetown. Nearby are beaches, supermarkets and many places to eat. Our room was serviced every 3 days, with towels and sheets washed and the condo cleaned. Highly recomended.

The best staff and concierges in the Caribbean ,Location directly in front of Mullins beach and transfers to and from airport. They have a car on site they will rent out to guests for the day.

Great location and fantastic hosts

It was our first time to Barbados and we were clueless. The owners made us feel so welcome and were so accommodating to us. They made us feel right at home. She really went out of her way to accommodate us with our early arrival. The location was right up from the beach, so we could walk every day to the beach and we felt safe as well. Even though we were only there a few days, we felt right at home and will definitely come back.

Great resort and location for price.

Very friendly owners and staff! Very helpful. Rooms & bathrooms appear recently updated and are very clean. Great to have a full size refrigerator! Free local phone calls. WiFi access around the pool. Very nice pool! Great, central location, and very close to beautiful beach. So handy to have a full kitchen to use to help save money while there, by not having to eat out every meal.

Right across from Mullins Beach!

We found these condos to be clean and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful, second only to the family that runs the property! Walk to beach, walk to Mullins Beach Bar and other restaurants, walk to 24 hour gas station for last minute things. Rent a car and drive around the island. Friendly helpful people everywhere you go. We will certainly be staying here next time.

Tolles Appartement für einen erholsamen Urlaub

Legend Garden wird seinem Namen gerecht - es ist ein wunderschöner angelegter Garten. Die Lage ist top - 2 min zum Meer zu einer nicht überlaufenen Badebucht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und freundlich und sorgen für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Absolutely wonderful experience. I loved the open concept of the kitchen to the outdoors, watching the birds and monkeys every morning while drinking my coffee was a perfect way to start the day. Easy access to the beach (just down the drive). Bird and Delia, the owners, are very enjoyable and helpful with anything you need during your stay.

Perfect winter getaway!

My husband and I loved The Legend Garden Condos! It was simply perfect. The location was excellent. Right across from a beautiful, peaceful Mullins Beach. The property itself is beautiful with lots of trees and privacy. Jungle-like setting. There are a few families of green monkeys that pass by everyday that are adorable! There is a nice, clean & private pool with lounge chairs. We stayed in one of the two bedrooms on the first floor and loved it. We had a pretty little patio where we ate breakfast. The room was very clean, spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable! Well equipped kitchen. Maid service was great. Most importantly, we loved our hosts, Delia & Bird! They really took the time to get to know us and what we wanted to see on the island. They gave us phenomenal recommendations for snorkeling with turtles and a fun safari adventure tour. They went well out of their way to make sure we got to see the sites we wanted to in our 5 day stay.They treated us like family and we felt very much at home from the moment we arrived at the condos. I will be telling any friends & family traveling to Barbados to stay here! It was a gem and we booked this condo & decided on Barbados as our Caribbean destination, based on the other great reviews. We cannot wait to go back!!! If you want a peaceful, quiet, relaxing vacation, look no further!

Neglected hotel with potential

The apartments have a fantastic position, just across the road to Mullins Beach. They sit on lovely large garden jungle like grounds. The pool is also very good. However the apartments itself are old, tired and dirty. The beds were very old and felt unclean. Some furniture is falling apart and appeared like a diy job. The overall feel was that the apartments are misrepresented on the website and Expedia.

Not really a condo

Friendly owners make an effort to help with exploring Barbados. The accommodations were comfortable with kitchenette and sitting area along with patio. Although not on the beach or with a beach view, the beach was within easy walk and worth the visit.
