I have to mention a special Thankyou to Sanchit ( front door) who helped me with everything and I would have been a complete mess without him. Samson in the dining room who understood exactly what I could and couldn’t eat during my treatment- invaluable. If I ever need to return I will always stay here.”

”Found hotel easily, short taxi ride from airport (400 rupees). Convenient and we had a late (after midnight) checkin. No issues, tho I had phoned ahead to tell them we would be coming so late. The bathroom smelled after we had all showered (4 of us), but otherwise the family room was comfortable and what we needed for a 1 night stay.”

”Hotel is part of a different chain OYO flagship. So although I had a reservation made through Orbitz, the reservation wasn’t appearing on the hotel reservation under new flagship. No one from Orbitz told me this change. Hotel didn’t send anyone to pick me up at the Mumbai Airport although I have made reservation for Airport shuttle.
